Postage
Free delivery on all orders over £60
We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched at the earliest on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery, although in most cases your order will be with you sooner.
Your parcel will only be considered lost if it fails to arrive 15 working days after the posting date.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not or have simply changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order by email to arrange a return. Due to the nature of our products, they must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect saleable condition.
Please include your invoice stating the reason for the return. Unfortunately, postage is non-refundable, and you will have to return goods at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.
Once we have received the returned items in good condition, we will issue a full refund of the value of the products, not including postage.
If you have been sent the wrong item or a product is faulty please contact us and return the goods as soon as possible. We will then offer a replacement or full refund including postage.
